At the heart of our work is an absolute commitment to the health, safety and the well being of our people. In order to achieve this we employ a full time Health and safety manager. By doing this we are able to ensure our policies are understood and followed, ensuring they are regularly updated and communicated in order to maintain a current relevance and thorough understanding of the challenges that exist in our industry. In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment we have recently updated our safety program to an electronic app based system which has allowed us to reduce the amount of paper we use on a daily basis.
